Everything we do is undertaken as if it was for us. This reflects in the way we work with partners, suppliers and most of all our customers.
Our business never forgets that properties are an investment and often the biggest investment that most people/businesses make.
Considering each residential and commercial site individually is important to minimise the effect of our new buildings on both the environment and existing communities. We therefore have a strict set of criteria as to both what and where we build.
Our brand is our future and our past so we are not prepared to compromise on the other three values. By holding our brand in such an open way and linking it to our other values it drives our business in an open and consistent way.
Mike has been a Chartered Surveyor for over 40 years having worked in UK property consultancies and property companies for his whole working career representing various clients from major projects for multinational, property & development companies through to smaller concerns. Was a founding director of a property consultancy which grew to PLC status with offices around Europe and the Middle East. His background in project management and quantity surveying enables a task/ project to be steered with an experienced financial rudder to the benefit of the client. His core values include trust, dependency and a work commitment coupled with a touch of humour.
Chris has worked in marketing and associated areas for many years and also has a good knowledge on IT systems and processes. He adds a flexible experienced voice to Archforth’s proceedings and helps guide the direction of the company. His core values embrace trust, reliability and has a strong work ethic.
Simon, a Chartered Building Surveyor for many years, headed up a Building Consultancy Practice as joint Managing Director representing many clients on all types of development and notable projects. Over the years Simon has built up an extensive knowledge base and gained an impressive experience having managed a considerable number of projects varying in size, value and complexity across all areas of building sectors. His background is in project management and building surveying and underpins project work with an extensive knowledge and keen attention to detail.
